If you are considering having a custom garage built and installed, chances are good that you have a lot of questions. As with anything built specifically for your home, a custom garage’s price will vary depending on what your exact needs and wants are. We offer a wide variety of storage options, from garage cabinets and workbenches, to overhead storage, wall storage, shelving and more. In general, though, the average custom garage costs about $2,000. That does not include flooring, however. We can put down a beautiful, skid- and stain-resistant polymer hybrid garage floor that won’t fade and that will last for many years. Our prices start at $4 per square foot, so the final price will depend on exactly what you choose, as well as how large your garage is.

First, you’ll have your in-home consultation appointment, which takes an hour or two. In many cases, we can show you your custom design right there and then. You’ll have the opportunity to make changes, then we’ll give you a price quote. Once you approve the quote, we can schedule your installation for a week or two later. In some cases, such as when we are very busy, it might take longer. A custom garage installation takes a day. A floor installation usually takes two days, but it might be an extra day if we are removing old flooring. Your cabinetry will be ready to use immediately, and your flooring can be walked on after 24 hours and drove on after 72 hours.
